Already know the basics of sewing? Join us for an evening of creativity and stitching during our Kids Sewing Open Studio.
Students are welcome to bring an unfinished sewing project from home or choose from a selection of simple studio projects. Becky will be available throughout the evening to offer guidance, answer questions, and help students build confidence while working independently.
This is a relaxed, supportive environment designed for young sewists who want extra time at the machine, inspiration for new projects, and the opportunity to sew alongside friends.
Basic supplies and tools will be available. Prior sewing machine experience is recommended.
Ages 8+
Becky Jane studied pattern making and design at Apparel and Arts in San Francisco, and has been teaching sewing and pattern drafting for 10+ years. She’s also the owner of By Becky Jane where she creates and sells custom apparel and accessories.
